Accessibility at HelpASAP

Last reviewed: October 15, 2026

Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use helpasap.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or captions. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

  • Check our pages with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find.
  • Give every form field a label, and show errors in words, not only in color.
  • Keep text readable against its background.
  • Make our forms work with a keyboard alone.

Known limits

Some parts of the site may still be hard to use with assistive technology, such as the address search suggestions and the PDF copy of a home value report. Every home value report is also available as a web page, and we are glad to read it to you over the phone or send it another way.

Tell us if something gets in your way

If anything on this site is hard for you to use, or you would like information in another format, please contact us. We will help you get what you need, including by taking your request over the phone.

Please tell us the page you were on and what happened, so we can fix it.
